All my documents have been accepted the first few days of withdrawal and I asked for bitcoin withdrawal and im still waiting since sep 24th they have done 5 escalations already always the same answer 3 to 5 more business days

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes I've done completed a kyc and pic of all my documents to I've had the same problems with them last year I had 3 withdrawal s pending for like 5 or 6 months I got frustrated and it just felt like they were giving me the run around like now feels the same escalation after a escalation over and again I screen shot two more escalation ill send copy
