The player from United States has requested a withdrawal few days ago. It has been pending since with a possibility to cancel the withdrawal. Player finally received all of his winnings.

I requuested a withdraw of 750.00 minus my bonus amount. I sent them the required documents and they assigned ref. #6660818 to the withdraw and said that they would get back to me within 5 business days, I sent them the initial request on 5/25/2020. Every 5 days I send them an email requesting the latest info on my withdraw. They respond by saying the have assigned some one to my request an they will get back to me within 5 business days. It sounds like a roun-a-round to me. I asked if they can do my withdraw in bit coins but they won't say. They don't use intermediary bank but my bank does so I thought we could do it in bitcoin.

Please help if you can.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money.

as I said I read on their web site as I was requesting the withdraw that they didn't use an intermediary bank. Mine uses one so I asked them if they could do bitcoin. I never got an answer back. It was "some one will get back to me within 5 business days replies".

I located your documents and had them reviewed and approved for you. Most folks submit them through the automated form online, they can be done manually as we've done here it just takes quite a bit longer as we see.


As to Bitcoin as a payout method, I can request it as an exception for you if you feel it's the best option. No promises but I can do my best of course, do you have a Bitcoin account?


It seems you cancelled your withdrawal request some days back and it's currently sitting in your account as a playable balance, if we really want to get the ball rolling on this it needs to be sitting there as a requested withdrawal so go ahead and make the request again.


The first one is always the hardest Don, stick with me and we'll get you through this.

If you can't do intermediary bank wire deposits then a bitcoin deposit is the only way isn't it? I requested the withdrawal again and it wants me to Hooyu identification conformation request again.

I got another email from Alex Pool. He said he got everything except the following, I resent the following to Him. 3 pictures of me holding a local newspaper and a new bitcoin address. I wonder what he will need now, I feel like he is delaying paying my withdraw.

Here's the issue, you need to submit a valid bitcoin crypto address for us to proceed here. I emailed you myself about this because it's the only thing holding us back now. Make sure you check whatever you're sending us to make sure it's valid, www.blockchain.com is a great resource for this. Just pop the address in there, if it's good it'll tell you. If it's not you know there's something up. The address you keep sending us is just not valid.

Hey Don,


I got back to you a bit ago, perhaps contact Coinbase customer service and have them assist you in locating a valid bitcoin address for you but most definitely use the blockchain explorer search tool I mentioned to confirm the address is valid before you send it.


If you run the address (or any of the addresses you've sent previously) through a blockchain search engine you will see that none of them are attached to an account, we need that info and it needs to be 100% correct. It's pretty much all we're waiting for right now.
