I have had before complaint it after I saw some good treatment but again qbet changed loyal customer treatment .


I have done bet today 600 and expecting getting loyalty bonus %10 and and we started again with discussion with vip manager and she has just add 20 euros .


It's really annoying always asking vip manager to loyalty bonus and receiving always less then what they granted .


Other issue while I'm playing always online whenever I'm winning game getting lug or delaying or table closing or getting slower .


That's reason I'm complaining at here , I have shared with customer service vip manager and complaint to casino and I never get good support and desiced closing account for this horrible service .


I can say just keep far away from qbet really bad casino . Operating like post office instead of casino .

I just emailed today petronela.k@casino.guru situation to also qbet casino vip loyalty team and support team .


I have emails and proof , in their general conditions there has no vip or loyalty program , and they said with email regarding their internal desicion to add cash back .


So it's just member cheating and laundring .

.I was receiving before regular ly my loses and loyalty bonuses so why I can't receive now , even I'm making weekly high amount deposit .


Please solve asap , otherwise there is no meaning of web site .


I have proofs , as emails , screen shots , my deposits and used bonuses .
