I have deposited 1000 inr thrice and 500 inr once using pure casino deposit...the amount has been debited from my account and not credited to pure casino wallet....I faced the same issues 4th time....when I tried to contact the customer service,they often replies me that it's not their fault...its the third party gateway who is delaying the payment...they request me to wait for 14 days for the amount to get credited....if I have to wait for 14 days,then what's the point in depositing...u r not trustworthy...I suggest Indian users not to play with this casino...i would rate 1/10...disgusting..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.
