I won a prize of €500. 8 days later my withdrawal has still not been processed. They ask me for verification that they don't ask you for when you register and they also put all the possible obstacles in your way.

In my case there is a mistake in my personal information and despite having sent twenty emails and having contacted them many times via chat asking them to please modify the incorrect information, they only limit themselves to telling me that I will be contacted by email until anything changes.

I assume that I will never receive my withdrawal.
