I get that but been 3 days now with no reply or response and why is my account frozen so it doesn't allow me to withdraw my funds, I can't do anything I can log into my account and that's it can't do anything else my funds are showing but can't do anything else I have never had this with any other gambling site I have used NEVER and to not have any online assistance it really poor in this day and age just the good old emails and don't reply for days on end. They requested for my selfie holding my ID and it doesn't give you that option in the uploads, really poor company's like this should be allowed to operate in the UK as to me looks like a scam site I would love to know where the site gets 8 out 10 rating no chance
