Initially I was positive about the welcome offer and the design of the site looks quite neat. However, I played twice, and there were certain problems: The first time, the deposit only worked via Bitcoin. Paying out was not possible, but was then resolved after a few days. The second time everything went fine for the time being, but when I wanted to pay out my winnings of around €40 net, it said "System error, contact support". I did this. 3 times. No reply within 2 working days. However, this page seems very vague to me. As if they were intentionally building in payout problems so that people like me would also become impatient or maybe continue playing and lose their winnings or remaining balance.
