They don't pay, they keep rolling you and asking for documents. I used the same documents in other casinos and they were accepted but not in this one, they do everything for you not to receive. Terrible service, delayed email response, terrible service to the point that you are ignored or even excluded from the conversation. I complement the casino's answer:- the proof that you don't pay goes further, why are you on the blacklist of the Brasil Vegas site? Having a little honesty goes well once in a while.
Não pagam,ficam te enrolando e pedindo documentos. Usei os mesmos documentos em outros cassinos e foram aceitos mas nesse não,fazem de tudo para vc não receber. Péssimo atendimento,resposta por e-mail demorado, atendimento péssimos ao ponto de vc ser ignorado ou até mesmo excluído da conversa. Complemento a resposta do cassino:- a prova que vcs não paga vai além,porque estão na lista negra do site Brasil Vegas? Ter um pouco honestidade vai bem de vez enquanto.

Some casinos might have other requirements for documents but trust me when I say that we're not trying to make it more difficult than it has to be.
Perhaps you can elaborate as to what happened and why your documents weren't accepted in the first place?
