they blocked my account and saying that your account has been blocked due to exterme withdrawals and they stopped responding me, which is completely unethical and unfair.

  • Could you please advise which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Did you pass the verification before your account was blocked?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hi Kristina, Thanks for your valuable response,

  1. i placed bets on sports betting.
  2. Yes my account is fully verified and i already successfully withdrawn amount before this issue, and they clearly stated that, my account has been stopped due to extreme withdrawal. i will attach you screenshot.
  3. no active bonus is accumlated.


Before the bet settled, they kept hold my account, so i immediately contacted them, so they told, you no need to worry, once i win the bet it will paid. but after winning the bet, they stop responding to me.


Please help me out Kristina.

Thank you for your reply, kiran1040. Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
