I have been a member of this casino sense January 2024 but do not use it frequently.


I am continually being told my verification is not needed.


My last withdrawal was March 2024 and it only took 3 days to process.

I just want to put out the exact amount as I still haven't received anything. I have $2100 in pending withdrawals, (three withdrawals of $700). And exactly $5875.60 remaining in my casino account to withdraw once the $2100 is processed. I am convinced I will not get this and they will not pay me out. That is a lot money to lose.


Please advise, it has been 21 days sense first withdrawal.

I am after depositing thousands of dollars over the last year so I guess they decided to give me a $125 CAD casino bonus. I used that and the terms were I needed to wager 35x. So that’s what I done and my bonus balance became my real balance. It’s letting me withdrawal but It has been processing for the last 22 days now. It’s ridiculous
