The player from Australia requested a withdrawal two weeks ago, but she still hasn’t received her winnings. She got it after delay.

for my withdrawal for almost a month. They sent me an email saying that it had been paid and should appear in my bank account in 5 to 7 business days but I’m still waiting. I even received a phone call which was strange saying it had been paid into my account before I received the email. This was 2 weeks ago. This is my second time trying to get my winnings, the first time I had to get casino guru involved because I had been waiting more than 6 weeks for my money. As soon as you got involved miraculously I got my money. I hope you can help me out with my issue again this time because I’m sick of them saying the same thing over and over again it’s with the payout team. I’ll also send you a copy of the email that was sent to me saying it has been paid if that helps.

I hope you have better luck than me getting them to contact you. I haven’t had any luck trying to get a response from Planet7oz they haven’t returned any of my emails. I don’t know what the problem is hopefully you can get it sorted out for me.

I've reviewed the situation for you Fiona and payment was released by the casino to our 3rd party for you on the 25th of February, in most cases payment arrives to your bank account within 10 business days but occasionally due to volume on their end it can take a bit longer. I've checked and there are no reported delays that we know of so just be patient and it should be with you shortly.

Hi, that’s exactly the same response I received almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve been to the bank and asked them how long it should take if they have actually paid it into my bank account. They told me that it wouldn’t take any longer than a week at the most if it had actually been put into my account. I’m sick and tired of getting the same answer time and time again. How come they receive my money straight away that I deposit into their account but mine takes weeks. This is 2021 not 1960 with the advancements in technology I’ve been waiting now 12 business days since they said that it had been paid out. But altogether I’ve been waiting since the 17th of February. I hope I do receive it soon and I’ll let you know when or if I do.
