The player from Australia claims that he is being logged out after placing a larger bet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
While playing slots with larger bets, the game logs you out while playing (not aware of this during play) and the bigger wins and free spins stop. Once finished playing, back to lobby and need to log in again. This happens to others I know who use this casino. Totally unacceptable and deemed fraudulent.
