Good evening dear team, 


Glad there’s a team to help me out.


My withdrawals have been blocked since 2 weeks and when I contacted support they asked me to submit Aadhar documents for verification. I had submitted all the documents in clear quality 8 days back and there has been no response ever since. I contacted chat support atleast 20 times and all they are saying is "specialists are reviewing your account and will revert soon". But this is going nowhere now. Why is it taking this long to verify my account when all my documents are genuine??? I urgently need some funds and want to withdraw from my account. But they have blocked my withdrawals completely. This has been a torture for me since last 8 days. Something needs to be done urgently. 


I have no other option than to seek your help as there is a huge amount of nearly Rs. 27 lakhs in my account and it’s all my hard earned money. Initially my account was verified and there was no problem of withdrawals. But when I started winning big, they blocked my withdrawals. When I lost big they didn’t do anything. That’s not at all ethical. I’m finding something very suspicious here. As no other company does such kind of things. I have a feeling the company is going to steal my money.


I have given 2 reviews on trust pilot as well concerning the same issue. But there has been no response for that also. I’m mentally drained out here. I can’t keep begging the company anymore. 


If there’s anything possible to be done from your side please do it urgently. 


And I am expecting a positive revert on the above matter at the earliest.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Good morning,


My documents were submitted on 15/06/2022 and the verification was started on the same date. I had received a token number for the same which is 12913172.


So previously the verification was done via Aadhar SMS and my account was fully active. I had to type in my Aadhar details and I received an SMS with OTP and when I entered the OTP, the account was activated. Then I was able to deposit and withdraw normally for long. But when I won big, they suddenly blocked my withdrawals and asked for extra verification and asked for extra documents like Aadhar copy and selfie holding Aadhar. Those documents were submitted on 15/06/2022 successfully with clear quality. Ever Since then I haven’t received any updates from verification team inspite of sending few follow up emails. I contacted chat support atleast 25 times in the last one week asking for updates and all they are saying is "your documents is under review and will revert back in the nearest future". Some of them even disconnected my chat without giving any response. This is why I’m finding this very suspicious.


Hence requesting the concerned team to act immediately and find a resolution as there is a huge amount of Rs. 2691300 in my account. I don’t want the Parimatch team to steal my hard earned money.

It is normal that the verification can take up to 14 days. Please be sure to wait that time frame from the date you submitted your last document. Could you please advise when did it happen? If it's been less then 2 weeks, be sure to wait a little more and if it's been more let us know and we will try to intervene.

kindly do something and finish this verification. 3 days ago they asked me for netbanking statement and I had provided that also. But no response since that. All the documents they requested were duly provided immediately.

Dear Casino Guru team, 


The account has been verified which is rightly said by parimatch. But I’m unable to withdraw funds more than INR 500000. There is lot more funds in my account and I need a response from parimatch regarding that. They said it’s a daily withdrawal limit which is INR 500000. But I tried after a day and still withdrawals are getting declined. Kindly let me know how can I withdraw more funds. I’m expecting a response from parimatch team regarding the above matter.

I am glad to hear you are verified. Many casinos have daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits that limit your withdrawals from the casino.

I was waiting for the funds to reach my account. So far everything is fine now. I was able to withdraw my funds and account is verified. I just hope this sort of issue won’t happen in future again. I have another issue regarding cash out and restriction on most of the betting markets which I’ll mention below

another issue I have is regarding the cash out. All of a sudden the cash out option has been removed and also you have put restriction on most of the markets where I place bets. As in I’m able to place only little amount on most of the markets. Which wasn’t the case before. I hope parimatch team can give me a clear response on this.
