Being a regular player and visitor of your online Pari Match casino, I have deposited my hard earned money of INR 1 lakh on 07.06.2021 in my betting account no.2***6, before that i have done many deposit and withdrawal transaction. After playing and keeping patience I have made INR 5.5 lakh still in my betting account.


During this I have tried to withdraw the money through netbanking but surprised to me all my withdrawal has been blocked by your system by without reason.


During this time, I have contact to your online chat and your WhatsApp services for raising the issue that my withdrawal option is blocked but they told me to send photo holding adhar card front and back. I sent my documents on email dated 08.06.2021, but after that i sent many emails, but they are not answering any of my email.


And surprise to me that my betting account was locked and I was not authorized to make any withdrawal request so immediate I have contacted support team through and as expected there was no response from them and said that "we have sent your request to our expert and we will update you shortly"


Still i dont know why they declined my account and my money is stuck in my betting account no.2***6 which i really need.


Casino is still saying that verification is still in process. But i sent so many emails. They did not respond in live chat.what is the status of my verification.

I have made withdrawal many times successfully. But on 07.06.2021 suddenly my account was declined.


And my withdrawal was blocked. But deposit is working very fine.


They limited my bet place amount upto 3750 INR only now.


I submit my all documents on 08.06.2021,
