Hello, i have a coplaint against parimatch i had 1070 euro on my account i made a withdraw so they asked for doccument to verfiy my account so i sent them and they shoked me by an email

That i broke a rule

I did not break any rule of what they said on the email i have never used an other acount or let some one use my ip to log into any account

So they debited my money for no reason

Something went wrong on that company

So what to do to have my money back please ?

They said that rule 80.4 was violated without prove here is the email that they sent on the picturefile

Thank you very much Nyousr for your reply. I checked the term 80.4, but I must admit it is not clear which of those points you breached and the casino could be more specific:


"4. It was determined that

• one Client has several game accounts (multiple registration, multi-accounts), including under a new name. The Betting company does not recommend two or more Clients to place bets from the same IP address (one device, local network);

• one Client uses the data of other persons to register new gaming accounts, including his family members;

• bets are made by a group of Clients acting in collusion, in order to circumvent the restrictions established by the Betting company;

• the Client is suspected of using any software that automates the process of setting rates;

• uses a game account to play in arbitration situations;

• the gaming account is not used for betting and other products offered by the Betting company;

• loyalty programs are abused;"

They said that rule 80.4 that countains too much cases was violated

All the cases that are indicated was respected they just debited my money for no reason

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
