Hello dear Team. I did a withdrawal at panache.be at the 13.3.20. My Account was authenticated(verified) 2 months ago. I verified with Personal ID Front and Back and a bank statement. Now they wanted exactly the same again (Bank statement). I think its not ok to ask me again for a bank statement cause it was already authenticated. Its just to let me waiting longer. I wont accept a handling like that. If they solve my problem we could close this case. Thank you

Ok Thank you. Ive been updated by the casino and they said now my withdrwawal is approved. That was fast. It was via Bank Transfer so i normally should have the money within 3 days. I will write again if i have it
