a week ago I made a withdrawal in the amount of €3,000, I received an email from the kyc team for the documents I sent. After some time, they sent me a message that I had to take a picture next to my personal document, and I did. I sent everything and I don't have a timely response from anywhere. I gave my skrill account for withdrawal. Nobody comes anywhere, they just steal money

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
