The player from Finland had his account closed due to the provider’s decision. The player informed us, that his problem was resolved.
I raised 250 euros and the account was closed for no reason. Emails are not answered either.

Also, have you tried contacting the casino’s live chat? It is working during business days from 9:00 till 18:00 CET. The support agent replied a little bit slower, but nothing terrible.
