As a representative of Odds96, I’d like to clarify a few things.

The player’s account was blocked according to our Terms of Service (Clause 1.6.1.b):

1.6.1. We may, at our absolute discretion and at any time, restrict your access to the Services and/or temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate, your account without cause and for any reason, including but not limited to if:

(b) we are required to do so by any applicable law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to:

a Client fails to prove that he/she is of legal age (at least 18 years old);

Which basically means that we do not accept players under 18 years old.

Here’s what happened:

The player provided someone else’s document. While passing the liveness (selfie) check, it was determined that the person in the selfie is not the same as the one on the uploaded document - and is clearly under 18 years old. The balance was adjusted to the deposit amount, and the player will be able to use their account once they turn 18.

We also want to note that the player has contacted our support team multiple times regarding this matter, and in each instance, a detailed explanation was provided.
