Please note that if you have had no active deposits within the last 45 days you must reactivate your account by depositing €50 and you can cashout a €100 (€50 winnings + €50 deposit)."

 

Do I understand it correctly that you have accumulated your winnings from a free/No Deposit bonus? Please understand, that it is not unusual for casinos, to put restrictions on the bonus play and bonus winnings withdrawals (restricted games, game providers, maximum bet etc.).
