withdrawal from 12.7. should have been completed on 16th. since then 3 weeks passed and nothing happened. live support useless. just the same copy paste answers for 2 weeks straight (finance department has workload, just a couple more days, stay patient, i left a note for the finance department to prioritize your transaction and so on)

account does not need verification.

i can't remember, it's been like a month ago, i might have used a deposit bonus, but if so the wager requirements were met and it is real money balance.
