The player from Netherlands has deposited money into his account, but the funds were not credited. The case was solved when the player received his deposit. However, the player closed his account in the casino because of the negative experience.

Hi do not play here!

I deposited 1 augustus 16.15.

20 euro with neosurf first deposit at this casino.

Deposit sucseeded on neosurf site money not credited.

That can happen so went to live support.

At the first moment they pointed to me your payment provider neosurf blablabla.

i said i checked my transaction i went trough to you and send them the reference code of the transaction, including screenshot.


Now they should be able to login and check the transaction right and credit me right?


forgot about it they send it trough to payment and said i would get credited the same day.


Today 2 auguatus 6.40 in the morning.

Still not credited.

Went to live chat to confront them they point to their financial deparment.

I told them that can be but you said i should get credited the same day.


its not even about not credited but the frustrating robotic answers after asking seriously 10 times about the promisse i should get credited the same day an they ran out of excusses i still got not an normal question on that answer except robotic bullshit answers.

I even asked if they get subsidy for their chat employees even on that a robotic answer.


This site service is an absolute disgrase and i will never even think about ever playing again in this shitehole.


At the moment the deposit is still not credited.

Also please note, that during weekends transactions may not be processed so that may be the issue as well.

Hey at first thank you for your time.

The deposit has been credited to my account blown it away and self excluded forgood.


Support is not trustworthy.

Lied about same day check and credited.


I think an non credited deposit should be in working hours be credited within 1 hour of the error.


I checked and they where working on the financial deparment at the moment it happened.


You don't let custumors wait 24 plus hours for a non credited deposit wich can be checked easily when they login on their payment provider and check my reference.


thanks again for your time its resolved but still a verry bad experience beware to play here.


i did not come to the verification part but as far i experienced support good luck that everything is going well at once otherwhise prepare to talk to the hand.
