The player from Finland has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

"Welcome bonuses are not available for players from Finland, Croatia and Serbia except for players who have registered with a partner who have an exclusive offer. Players from these countries aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses as well. They can still participate in tournaments and promotions and accumulate VIP comp points."
Unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. Could you please advise if you have received a refund of your deposited funds?

I had to recycle the deposit 3 times before I couldn't withdraw it, so I got 20 euros back,
I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://masonslots.com/en/info/terms-and-conditions:
"Please note that if you requested a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since last deposit is less than three (3) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals. This decision is at sole discretion of the Casino."
It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. I really wish I were of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply.
