Hi.

At this moment YET (haha) is not a complain but just the question.

I make account on this casino website, I make a first deposit (no bonus games etc) and I winning some money (6000 PLN)

Then I make a withdrawal reguest and I see about in my profile was information about account veryfication, ok I click this and try doing step by step (rules is crazy, no screenshot, etc, white background on the photo etc, by the way)

I added my:

ID card, front and back pics like proof of id

Driving license like second proof of id

Car Insurance front page like proof of adress

Bank statement like sexond proof of adress

Electronic check via PayPal

Selfie.


After around 20 maybe max 30mins I see in my profile all files is accepted and is Info your account is fully veryfied, ok thats fine, maybe this withdrawal 'll be processed quickly.

Today, around 11-12oclock I received email message about casino need more documents, like proof of id and proof of adress, wtf?

I send message on live chat, agent tell me my account is fully veryfied.

Complete I not understand whats going on, now I see more bad opinion about this casino, so at this moment in my head is.. not feel good about this casino.

Maybe other casino player got same problem, or somebody with staff can explain this for me?

So at this moment I not sure about my account is veryfied or not, about my withdrawal 'll be processed or not.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Lilibet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

What did the live chat claim since when exactly is your account fully verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Are you able to request a withdrawal?

I would definitely send them the documents again if they are requesting them. It might be only a mistake but if not, I wouldn't wait to send them as it might make the withdrawal process much faster.

Before problem was resolved but is second one.

This Lilibet Casino is really different casino... haha

I make a withdrawal request on 19.04 and second one 20.04

This withdrawal from 20.04 on 3000PLN was processed but this first one from 19.04 still in pending.

I try ask on live chat why but nobody cant explain thia for me, why second withdrawal was processed and thia first one still no...

I believe it is only a matter of time before your first withdrawal request would be paid out as you've already received one of the payments. Please let us know if it's still pending.
