hi there i have been playing at kings chance casino i got verified at the end of september i was fully verified and because i couldnt provide insurance bill or utility bill the customer rep said i didnt need that so sweet i was verified. so i done two withdrawals on the 9th of october 2021 of $2500 and $400 i then receive email stating they needed my bank state to match withbank wire but i didnt realise they were in my spam so then on the withdrawal screen it popped up with required documents of proof of address needed so i done that then fully verified. it has now been 28 days since withdrawal and still says pending and when i go to chat they say due to high volume of requests there is a delay so im still waiting now just wanting to know why its taking so long and when i am receiving my money. i didnt do any bonuses i deposited my own money and won so i didnt expect to waiting this long. any help would be great thanks ashley s****

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawals. Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

hi there petronela ashley here just to correct im am from New Zealand not germany it says player from germany can you please correct to New zealand and also it wasnt 28 days as i accidentally put in last message. its been 20 days since withdrawal and 15 business days since withdrawal. yes i have been fully verified now and on my account in the withdraw window it still says pending withdraw requests has been like that since the 9th of october. have been in contact with the chat team they tell me due to high volume of withdrawals requests there a delay no time frame for when it will be processed rest assured it will be done as soon as possible thats what the chat team tell me so im unsure of why the delay and wanting to know if im getting my winnings i won off my own money i deposited. i filled in all the correct details required when i did withdraws. any help to speed and resolve would be much appreciated cheers

today as of the 3rd of november it will be the 18th business day since withdrawal i can confirm the kings chance team said i was fully verified as of the 16th of october. still pending withdrawals on my withdrawal window

hoping to have this resolved soon and receive my winnings. thank yous for you're help

1 of my 2 withdrawals has been processed but just found out that $1900 of that $2900 i won will be forfeited due to some max bonus cashout of $1000 i had no idea that i had in use or aware of what it was and also deposited my own money to win this . took a whole month to hear that. am so frustrated i dont understand how casinos can do this. thanks for the help guys. my $1000 will be processed in 5 to 7 days thanks for your help again

I reviewed the situation last week and had the withdrawal request reviewed on Friday. We now have an approval and the approved amount should be headed to our 3rd party payment providers shortly. Once payment has been issued on your behalf we are generally looking at 3-10 business days on delivery with a wire transfer.

yes i received notice from the chat team stating that $1500 is being forfeited due to cashback bonus $1000 dollar max limit so i will let you know when the first withdrawal of $1000 arrives. i asked if i will be receiving my 2nd withdrawal amount of $400 and they said yes once that is approved it will be processed to my account. cheers will let you know when first withdrawal has been received

so now i find out that my first withdrawal was rejected due to wrong bank account provided. i had provided all correct details upon doing withdrawal and then get told 7 days after approval that it was rejected. i sent bank statement and they received it now have to wait all over again. my withdrawals were done by me on the 9th of october it is now the 17th of november and here i am still waiting.

i have never heard of withdrawals taking this long . i hope i receive my two withdrawals soon as i won fair and square and have been very patient.

anything to speed the process up would be great.

no worries mate. yes that sounds good. i understand that my bank wires must have been rejected due to wrong bank account but has been reprocessed and i have been told that i should receive no later than friday next week. i will let you know as soon as i receive both bank wires.
