The player from United Kingdom wishes their deposits to be reimbursed since the casino doesn’t hold UKGC License. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

hi there, I have registered at this casino after asking if uk was allowed to play ( obviously referring if they were licensed in the Uk ) and they say yes. The casino has very few games that actually work and the jackpot is fake since the slots don't work either. Turns up this casino doesn't have a license at all and yet they offer registration to uk players. I have asked if they could have refunded the money since they were unlicensed and their casino games majority didn't work and the jackpot is fake and they say no. I asked them to close my account once they refunded my money instead they closed my account and refuse the refund. Why this illegal casino is allowed to operate in the Uk without a license first and second why they offer a casino with fake jackpots and only a few games? surely they breach their own t&c since the casino is literally almost empty to play. Could u please help me to get the money back or ban this casino to operate in the uk? thank you

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that UKGC license is necessary only for those casinos which want to operate on UK market (targeting the UK) but if the casino does not target the UK market with their commercials (do not offer GBP currency, bonuses for UK players, etc.) they can accept UK players, they are just not protected by UKGC.

Here is an example, that could help you better understand our standpoint:

You are from the UK, and in the UK people drive on the left side of the road - that's the law. In my country, people drive on the right side of the road. But we are not building special roads for UK citizens because their laws say people should drive on the left side of the road.

And the same principle is applied for the UKGC license - you are working on the UK market, you need to follow the UK law. But if you come to play in an unlicensed casino (by your free will and they are not targeting the UK market), then there’s no Licensing Authority to protect you.

Unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to help you and you have no right for a refund of your deposits. I can only recommend you to do better research next time and play only in the casinos licensed by UKGC. This casino is clearly tricking people as 95& of their games don't work and their jackpot is fake. Is unbelievable that you stand by an illegal casino and u are wrong, it's an international crime to accept money from a jurisdiction that u are not licensed for, that's why the majority of legal casinos do not operate in the Uk. It seems u probably getting paid to advertise this unlicensed casino. Thye have zero licenses and u are advertising it putting people in danger. Where is the product when all the games don't work and they advertise a jackpot that doesn't exist??

It is not legal for this casino to offer UK registration and getting money from the UK market. You should not advertise an illegal casino that operates with no license at all.

I truly hope you will warn other players about this casino because besides working unlicensed which is a very dangerous thing their games and I'm saying the majority of them don't work their jackpot is fake as again their games don't work and the deposits take hours or an entire day to be added in the account when the confirmations are sent fast from he wallet. Just kindly warn the player that this site is 100% scam.
