I won a large amount of money and requested a withdrawal. I was contacted and the casino requested documentation to verify my ID and they still refuse to pay me.

Their response was that I reversed the funds and played the money. I have screenshots of my balance and I know that I didn't reverse my winnings.

Hello I'm responding to the Gmail I received, I've been an online casino player on King Johnny Casino for months in the recent month I've played on Johnny Kash Casino and won 30,000 and after that 25,000 I withdraw the funds and then took photo of the amount of winnings I had in my account, Johnny Kash Casino asked for identification documents I sent the bankcards I've used to deposit funds in my casino account to play casino games online I sent all identification to Johnny Kash Casino 5 times because they asked me more than 4 times to send identification I used my daughters bankcard and my sons bankcard I deposited my money in the bankcards and used the bankcards to play online casino the Johnny Kash Casino also asked send drivers licence birth certificates I done what they asked then Johnny Kash Casino asked me to change my password I did change my password then Johnny Kash Casino then blocked my account.

If you have used someone else's cards to deposit funds into your casino account , I'm afraid, you won't be entitled to any winnings.


Please check our Fair Gambling Codex for Players:

"Payments

For deposits and withdrawals, you should only use bank accounts and credit cards held in your own name. If you don't do this, you might get into trouble when trying to make a withdrawal. This rule is mostly in place to prevent credit card misuse and also because of international anti-money-laundering regulations."

 

Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing or withdrawing funds using a joint card or this possibility is communicated beforehand. Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during the account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only.

If you’re not able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method and you haven’t received approval from the casino allowing you to use a third-party payment method, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.

Yes I understand and I'm sorry now that I've used my Son and Daughters card but casinos should not allow that in the first place that's why I thought it was ok and that's why I used again and the casinos are all very quick to take peoples money but when it come to paying people what they've won it's all a different way of looking at things because it's wrong on their side also allowing people to deposit with other peoples cards in the first place..and it's only because I won that amount of money for them to say otherwise I've wasted my time effort and money on a casino that are money grabbers that do not like to pay people their winnings because of their fault in the first place by letting people deposit money on their casino account I've deposited more that 7 times with the cards why didn't they stop me depositing anymore of my money on there??? Why didn't they investigate that in the first place with all my money I deposited on there would I be able to claim that back and the casinos are all full of saying this and that but take a lot of peoples money if I can't have my winnings I want all my money back that I deposited and the casinos probably won't like that either

I'm afraid it won't help. The investigation was initiated since a different name appeared on the payment method. However, since you were not able to prove that you are a legitime owner of this payment method, we are not able to help you.
