The repeatedly delayed payments. They never paid any withdrawal. After some days they do not even allow me to withdraw. I have reported with screenshots the technical error I am getting and they are keep saying they are working on it or telling me that my withdrawal is being processed which is a lie since all my balance is still available in my account. They act extremely shady with inconsistencies on what they tell me. I have used no bonuses that could limit my withdrawal. I try to withdraw less than my 60% of my total deposits.

I hope they deal with it via this platform at least. Otherwise I will have to go to authorities and report them for illegal activity.

Hello, my account is verified. I didn't use any bonus that generated this withdrawal. The last time I spoke to the casino was just before I made this complaint. The representative blocked from being able to chat again for about 24h. Now I can chat again.


Nevertheless, I saw older complains for this casino from other customers and another player just tried another payment method and it worked. I did the same and it also worked. Now the withdrawal status is pending so I am still waiting to be approved and receive the money. So keep the issue open and if they don't process my request we can continue the complaint.

After talking with their chat again yesterday, they processed my request and today I receive my funds via the alternate withdrawal method.
