The player from United Kingdom won £400 on the 25th of June and initiated a withdrawal the following day. Despite receiving confirmation and assurances from the casino, the funds have not been received. Additionally, the player reported unauthorized changes to their account details. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino failed to respond to our request.

Signed up with this casino. Deposited £110 of which, £40 was for deposit bonus. The rest used generically on the slots.

won £400 on the 25th of June. Withdrew on the 26th. Recurved email confirming withdrawal which states max 7-21 day withdrawal verification period.

emailed them multiple times and had a similar response every time saying "it’s with the verification team and they’re extremely busy, rest assured it’s being dealt with as a matter of urgency"

we’re now in august and still no funds in my account…

unlike other reviews I’ve read, they are responding to me and not just blanking me so some hope is still held I may one day get something.

however when looking on my account details I’ve noticed that my age has been changed to something random which wasn’t inputted by myself at time of registration. No doubt that will be their "get out of paying" free card.

would advise anyone not to be lured into these spending hard earnt money with these absolute bastards!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I have emails from the company. Last response to my email was Sunday just gone so 6th of august.

account was verified as of the day I opened the account with iwinfortune but with my correct DOB.

won the money off normal deposits not bonus wins.


I can’t believe how crooked they are. I’ve just emailed them saying if paying £400 is an issue I’ll cut my losses and take £200 just to see if they’d do that because the response on email seem very unprofessional so worth a try to get something instead of nothing

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue.
