I have registracion in this casino for 1 year and everytime I must wait some days for withdraws, but this time I wait over 10 days... I put withdraw request by Skrill on 03.12 and they still not send my money... I am verified and I have many withdraws before this

This is the problem.... If I wait I will wait 2 months and I still not receive my withdraw... When I put complain they send my money in 1-2 days....
