Hi dear friend,

On November 22, 2024, I requested three withdrawals totaling €3,000, which were successfully processed on November 23, 2024, following verification. By November 28, 2024, I had made three additional withdrawals totaling €1,000, which were also marked as "successfully processed" according to the status on the Instant Casino platform.

In total, I am expecting €4,000 via bank transfer from Instant Casino. According to your policy, the funds should be transferred within 3-5 business days. However, today is December 1, 2024, and I still haven’t received the money. This delay has left me very disappointed and upset. Could you please help m.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?

Hello Nick,

My account has been verified since November 22, 2024, and the process was smooth and quick. I won the prizes with real money. I’ve been trying to inquire about my withdrawal daily via live chat, but the only response I receive is to wait.

On November 29, 2024, Instant Casino emailed me requesting a bank statement up to November 29, 2024, which I promptly provided. Today in the chat, I was informed that I need to send a more recent version of my bank statement, covering up to today's date. However, I did not receive an email about this request, which I find odd as I have checked all my emails thoroughly.

Nevertheless, I wanted to remain cooperative and sent a complete bank statement for the entire month as proof that I haven’t received any funds.You also mentioned a waiting period of 14 days. Could you please clarify if this timeframe includes weekends or just business days?

Did you ever deposit with cryptocurrency?

Some withdrawal methods become available only if you did deposit with them as they need to be verified.

Hi, i had received last week 3000€ back to mycasino wallet because my bank rejected it and i wirhdrew them with mifinity instead . It worked. Now im wating 1000€ which are not back on my casino wallet yet. The wirhdrawals of 1000€ was on 27 and 28 november.
