So i played my initial no deposit bonus at Hallmark all the way through. Something like $1600 playthrough required, and won a little bit. I thought great! Ill withdraw $500 not knowing there was a maximum you could win. ($75/no dep chip max withdraw is $150 i guess.) Not reading the fine print I thought nothing of it. Anyways I tried to contact the department that handles withdraws and verification of my account, ( turns out its all the same email. Convenient!) No reply, No support. So i went to the Live support person. They informed me i should read the T and C so i did or so i thought. I cancelled my withdrawal of $500 and made it the appropriate $150. This was denied due to verification issues . After not receiving any reply on what i had done wrong, through the support email, and direction provided by Live Support, I attempted again to withdraw the $150. I even deposited money using hallmarks' sponsored qb direct method (figured bitcoin might be faster to get my winnings)..... Turns out you cant have ANY bonus winnings in your account if you make a deposit.... (Ah! the fine print!...) So i proceeded to try and piss away whatever was in my account, but alas to no avail!; I kept on winning. After my withdrawal from the first bonus I was denied yet again! Verification of documents.... This was extremely frustrating, I had sent them many, many documents, along with questions that went unanswered, so I figured to proceed to ask of the live agent, what the issue was?... This gentleman (forget his name) informed me that i wasn't entitled to anything and i had deposited using "fake money" or something along those lines..... See, in his ignorance, and my own, at the time, didn't realize that a canadian visa debit card, when used internationally online, acts as a credit card, (or something thereof), but it shows up as a, "Dummy Visa." I insisted he was mistaken and was basically called a liar and almost a thief by definition. That there were actual players that he could be helping. So I stated very boldly that if i had violated some terms and conditions i didnt know about that's fine. I can eat a bit of crow over that (winnings at this point were around $6500 USD) But, because of how he spoke to me, and the lack of support, from the only support email provided. That he could go **** himself, and to give me back my deposit, and close my account! I don't care about the winnings, since I guess they were forfeit, (as far as I can interpret the fine print,) proceeded to gamble them away. To the point i was playing $300 hands of blackjack and such. $25/spins of slot machines!! I mean if it was monopoly money why not? Never in a million years would i do that with real money. Id jump off a bridge before that happened. It was fun but the live agent didn't fulfill his part in ******* himself and closing my account its still open with $0.23 usd in it. Longest review of my life, but in my defense each of these letters hopefully takes money out of hallmarks' pockets, in the sense some other newbie doesn't get absolutely railroaded by this scam of an online casino outfit. If i had that $30 back id use it to send hallmark a thank you card. It could've been worse. I could've used that money to, idk get some form of body modification, which would've make me unemployable to a majority of jobs out there. I would then have resorted to a life of destitution and misery on the streets being a complete drain on our already overburdened economy. If youre still reading this. Thanks. Sorry for the run on sentences and poor grammar. I'm horrible for just spitting it all out quickly. As a reward i urge you all to STAY AWAY FROM HALLMARK. Trust they will **** you around as well, and steal your money, maybe your identity too. I mean the sheer amount of things i submitted to try to verify my account, besides maybe my birth certificate. I don't know what I would've left out. mothers maiden name? Thank you for your time. I hope Jose' or whatever the guys' name from hallmark some day reads this as well

Dear Robert,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. We usually don’t offer help to players who lost all their winnings, but at least I would like to know what exactly happened and then we will decide if there is something we can do here.

Would you be satisfied in this case with your deposit returned?

Could you please forward any relevant communication to my email address: kristina.s@casino.guru?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Kristina

Basically I signed up played through the no deposit bonus requirements. Tried to withdraw winnings. Waited for like a week.Tried emailing support. Got no reply. Finally got through to live support got told I wasn't entitled to withdraw. Violated the t and c I guess I didn't playthrough the whole account balance before depositing. Tried to withdraw again this time smaller ammount got cancelled again. Guessing kyc verification issues. All emails I sent to support@hallmarkcasinos.com or whatever it is never received a reply so just kept repeating the process. Wish I had known to ask for transcripts for communicating with online support but whatever. I just want my deposit for $30 usd that I was told wasn't real money. I can provide proof of that deposit. Just not the support agent telling me that deposit was fake

Robert, would you be so kind and send me proof of deposit? For example the bank statement or proof that deposited money was sent from your own funds. Thank you in advance.

Robert, thank you for your email, however, I don't see an exact date of the transaction (there is only an interval from March to August), where the transaction went (Only that it was processed with Quickbit) and even the deposited amount isn't the same ($42.91).

If the transaction went from your Litecoin account, we would like to see this transaction as well. It has to be clear to see that the deposit was transferred from your payment provider to your casino account. Without this proof we aren't able to proceed with further investigation. Thank you very much for understanding.

Its not the same because canadian dollars are worth less and that's the currency I used to purchase. quickbit is odd in that you don't have to have a permanent crypto account from what I remember but I believe I have a screen shot of the litecoin transaction. Ill send that

Robert, we checked your screenshot, but the date of the deposit and the transaction doesn't match and the amount is higher as well. I am afraid, that we won't be able to help under these circumstances.

Its all good. The transaction went from canadian dollars to euros I believe and then into united states of america dollars. All three of those are different currencies. No worries. I just hope this somehow hurts hallmarks business

We discussed this case with our team. I apologize, Robert, but it is impossible for us to evaluate this situation correctly as the amount doesn't match (probably due to currency exchange rate, but we cannot tell for sure) and the transaction dates don't match as well, therefore we are forced to reject this complaint.

Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
