Good afternoon respected forum I have a problem with the casino Hallmark they can’t withdraw money for more than a month,constantly lie,casino representative wrote that it will accelerate my withdrawal of money and he lied,hey promised to call me on the phone and lied again,I have been waiting for the withdrawal of money for more than a month,and they constantly come up with new excuses(here are the screenshots)

Hallmark Casino support is unresponsive to our attempts to establish the communication line. We are extending the timer by 7 days.  If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ and it will also affect the casino reputation on our website.
