The player from Hungary suspects the casino of providing a fake version of the "Gates of Olympus" game from Pragmatic Play. The player claims there are game-play discrepancies and missing features compared to the original. The complaint was rejected as the player's balance was zero at the time of account closure.

The casino is totally fake. I made the mistake to deposit 51 euro. I played Gates of olympus fro pragmatic play (which was not available before my deposit). Pragmatic play appeared in the providers after I made the deposit.


I played gates of olympus and after so many years of playing this game i can tell this was a fake one.


First of all Zeus never throws a thunder when a scatter symbol is on the board. Something that was happening in their fake game.


Secondly, the symbols in the board does not follow the gameplay of the real game. Most symbols comes to specific pairs. In gxmble these pairs do not exist.


Also, as shown in my picture, in the right side of the game ther is not the option "Replay" from Pragmatic.


Please stay away from this casino.

I registered my account many days ago. Didn't deposit as the total number of games is small. I deposited 2 days ago in order to claim their "5x only wager bonus".


My account had 0.11$ balance but i just cheked and they blocked me. I contacted them through e-mail the same day i registered about the issue and asked them to refund me (as i have been told by livechat) . They never answered.

As mentioned above, please always try to check some reviews of the casino before registering into one as it might prevent such issues from occurring. If you casino balance was 0 at the time it was closed, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Every casino has the right to close the player's account without any reason given if his/her balance is zero. As per refund, I highly doubt you will ever get any from the casino as they do not even own a license and are not regulated by anyone so they are even free to use fake games.

No thank you. I know a refund is not possible. I mostly wanted to share my review so people stay away from this casino. I even informed some platforms that the casino was advertised and removed it.
