on 22-03-2021 i played at slotty vegas was playing on auto roulette i was losing multiple spins and then i made a bet on 33 with extended nunmbers with 5€ steaks and i kept repeating since the ball was sucked out my section every spin and with out a sign i got logged out of the game after logging in back again i could see my winning numbers coming out 4x in row .how is this possible .?playing for hours nothing happens but as soon you going to win they logg you out .is nt this kind of manipulated scam.after my deposit 460€ went to 0 .they can just block a player from any win what kind of practices these are .after complaining and sending the screen shots they replay they dont have controll about the games .and we just must accept that?again on 25-03-2021 i deposited 1000€ i played all live tables no single chance to win only losing spins .casino just inform the provider to make you lose since the provider is operating under their license .sending a complain and screenshots that this is really not gambling but compleet a rippoff i get an email that my acount is closed permenantly .this is how they work they take your money and close acounts as soon you tell the truth .they were not responsible they should have investigated the issue on 22-03 and close the acount that day but not after taking 1000€ more .i am pretty sure this group are scammers .i want my deposits for the last 2 days back i will post the screenshots you may deside this is gambling or just a scam .i know the replay will be that casinos have nothing to do with it wich is bs .casinos controll the win and lose of the players along with the provider .i want my 1460 back this was not gambling of chance but a total manipulated play in favorite of the casino and provider.filefilefilefilefilefilefilefilefile

no i dont have balance in my acount as always evolution games take all.

the moment the system logged me out is in the casino logs .i am gambling and not a photographer to record my game i am pretty sure the casino or provider logged me out compleet knowing my winning numbers are next to come out.rejecting bets is now past this is the new trick to make sure you stay down .what a shame !they just ripp you off right in your face and hiding behind their terms.comunication is available at casino .

Hello Sardapoor.

I am afraid that this is again a complaint where it is tough to prove anything. On your screenshots, I can see that you got some winnings, so you can't say that you only lose. The casino always has a mathematical advantage, so in the long run, you will lose. That is the law of gambling.

In this case, I will try to get the logs from the casino, but I am not sure if they store somewhere all information about what exactly you bet on and what was the winning number.

really i hate the moment i ever played online .they are all the same taking your money by their limited games and if that is not enough they force you to lose by using tricks and after that telling you not in our control. one day after this happend i played in 2 different casinos and exactly the same happend in both casino but other provider than evolution.both cases upon my winning section is coming out suddenly the glitch comes up round cancelled by this distraction you see later that your numbers came out 4xin row wich would be your profit.shame on them if we lose thousands and southends nothing happens as soon we can profit 5 hundred or one thousand the tricks come in .as you know i had similar cases many of them here ,you really think it is coincident?no pure scam.it will not not take longer that players will withdraw from online gaming and move on.i have only 3 acounts left i closed about 80 .i hope soon to close those last 3 too and say this evil goodby.

but thanks for your effort .lets look how it goes .remember this company is liked to offering fake games in the past .no wonder from 7000€ i only maneged to withdraw 1400€.

I suggested to you in one of my emails that you should make a forum thread for the glitches you are experiencing - if more people had the same issue, the better is the chance that the game provider will do something with it.

hi Matej,thanks man.

how about you opening a threat about that and players can interact.my english is not so good you know .right now 2 minutes ago i went from 400 to 120 € and i was chatting suddenly my balance was 3 € .it seems the bets are connected to the space barr on the keyboard.if you have 10000 in your balance it will keep doubling up to the 0 .very dangerous glitch and you cant delete the bet .the time frame is just 10 seconds if you notice it . .so if you chat the game make automaticly a bet and keep doubling every time you press the space barr .went to support and explained that i did not made the bet since i was betting max 40 € a bet .how can i have still 3€ in my balance ?isnt it pretty sure if i make a bet 117€ i put the last 3€ too on the bets?? no solution i told him you won 117 but lost a good player .and closed my account . the problem in all those years playing and all those gliches they all still there it is in favour of casinos .if the plkayer was favouring believe me all would be fixed.i have 2 acounts left from 80 .all i had problems .so online gambling is bs.

i thought maybe evolution is not good for me so tried other provider portomaso gaing .in 2 different casinos in 2 days timeframe the same thing happend .casino 1 after losing many spins and 400€ down i was pretty sure the num 14 would come out so i bet from 16 up to 22 and guess what happens the game crashes for 4 rounds blackscreen and was not able to bet . and i can see numer ; 1,24,24,14 coming out that is 1030€ profit.casino 2 exact the same after losing 400 or 500 the game crash few rounds after it comes back 3 winning number 900€ profit .after investigating with casino with screenshots ,one casino have an excuse that it was my internet the other telling me that i made my bets after the last bet notification ,really???

it is a shame that this happen way to often and everytime when the winning numbers coming up .

i think casinos should be blamed and must be responsible for the games they offer .or both work together to scam good players .this will not happen if you put 5 €bets only .i think the authorotys should demand to change the terms of the casino related to refunds and demands the casino to refund the whole bet since they are the ones who should take care for what they offer .soon the netherlands will go online and if this happen i will make sure the casino will always pay they are rhen on my ground.what a shame bunch of thieves making millions and steal from players who are alredy down for ten of thousands.

like the issue with goslotty i am 100€ sure the way it happend someone just logged me out immidiatly to prefenting me to recover and make profit after losing many spins .

go slotty you are blocked in the netherlands i contacted the dutch authorotys and told them that you practices are criminal.looking forward you get caught and pay a big fine .i advice everyone o stay away from this group they are not good people at all .offering fake games in the past .and still doing it .

I am afraid that we can't help you, but either we can't punish the casino.


The problems you describe you had in multiple casinos, and so far, it was purely on Evolution gaming games ->. From that, it looks like a problem with a game provider. The same thing happened with another provider, which indicates more that the problem might be also in your internet.


In your case, the screenshots are not sufficient evidence - please make a screen recording.


In your previous complaint, I suggested you to create a thread on our forum and gather more players with the same issue. It would definitely help to have more people with the same issue and address this problem directly to the provider. 


Because you had this problem in multiple casinos and there is nobody else with the same problem I am afraid that we are forced to reject this case.


I hoped that the casino could help us to investigate the case deeper but without their assistance, we can't proceed. I am sorry and hope that you understand the situation.
