I’ve requested a withdrawal on the 3rd of feb and have still not received it it’s now the 8/03/2024 all I get via live chat is that it would take 7-21 business days well that has surpassed now and they inform me that they have ask the financial team department to hurry it up as they can’t as there in a different department and don’t have access to it and that they told me it’s a very delicate situation making a withdrawal and I should try not to worry

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi my withdrawal is stuck on awaiting and no I didn’t use a bonus it was a straight forward sports bet win,on the same day 03/02/2024 I withdrew £100 and it went through within a hour and then made another withdrawal for £800 which has been stuck on pending since that date

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear archerkevin42, 

I have contacted GoldenPharaoh Casino multiple times but no one got back to me. I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. 

As you might know, GoldenPharaoh Casino received a rating 2, very bad reputation’ from us, which means we would not recommend players to choose this casino. I strongly recommend only choosing casinos that have received at least a ‘Very good reputation’. You can check the list of the casinos we recommend on our website. I hope you will never come across a problem like this again.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
