The player from Singapore won $100SGD, but faced issue as his account was made inactive when trying a withdrawal. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I depositedm$20SGD to gamble and i won $100SGD, however, when i want to withdraw the money, i was kicked out of the account and when I try to log in, the account has been known as an inactive account.
May I know how to fix this?
