I deposited, played fairly, and built up a balance of €747. When I requested a withdrawal, it was declined without warning — and shortly after, the full amount was removed from my account with no valid explanation.
Their support referred vaguely to a clause in their terms (12.10) which allows them to confiscate balances for things like VPN use, forged documents, bonus abuse, or fraud. I did none of these things:
No VPN or IP masking
100% real and verified documents
No bonus abuse or group play
No fraud or software manipulation
I asked for proof and a specific reason — they refused. They kept hiding behind generic copy-paste responses and would not explain why they took my money. Live chat was useless and dismissive.
This is not just poor service — it’s dishonest and unethical. If a casino can confiscate your winnings with zero evidence and no accountability, it’s a scam in disguise.
