The player from the US has tried to open an account unsuccessfully, even if the USA is not listed between restricted countries. Since this isn't a good reason for us to punish the casino, we decided to reject this case.
when I try to register an account it goes fine till i press register then in red it says not allowed to login contact customer support they say I am not allowed to have an account but don't know why?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the T&Cs, and I didn’t find any restriction for the US player. I also tried to create an account myself, and I successfully finished the registration.
Please understand, that the casino doesn’t have to accept everyone and there might be multiple reasons why you cannot open an account. However, this isn’t something we could punish the casino for, since there aren't any funds being held.

well I have accounts at all of the other casinos they control. I did not want their hand slapped I just thought you may be able to find out why I'm NOT ALLOWED to log in I will just have to contact them myself. It said contact customer support and when I did they had no Idea why? Just kind of odd I thought, but I guess they don't want my money and that's ok because it is very hard to get winnings from any of the online casinos. They all have no issue taking my money and then if you use a bonus and win big you only get a small amount of it and they make you go through the trouble of setting up a bank account that accepts overseas transfers and then they put the money on the card you paid with. But they only give back if you make a deposit after you have won on a no deposit bonus, and they give it back in small amounts at a time. Thank you for your time and help
Gary, thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my previous message, we don't think that it is fair to punish the casino for this reason and we don't investigate further such cases, since there aren't any funds being held by the casino.
