A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

So further to my earlier post, I had previously raised disputes on my Mastercard credit card, visa credit card and Mastercard debit card.

for all three cards, I was completely honest. Highlighted the MCC code was different and that was to bypass gambling block on credit cards.

so far:

Mastercard credit card appears to have processed the disputes. Even if temporary, it’s not an outright rejection. Funds re-added as "dispute adjustment"

Visa credit card I’ve been told that they should refund and that I needed to dispute them (which I since did)

Mastercard debit card - I have not heard anything yet.

All of the above raised this week, and I haven’t contacted any merchants (yet).

Also have transactions on Revolut but these are "transfers" so don’t think I can dispute them?

Proving difficult, they've put all mine as fraud investigation and scrutinizing everything. But I've not been honest with it as wasn't sure what to say.

Hi. I have a few miscoded transactions to a casino through lunapay (luna-pay.com I guess) from the UK. From their website:

"LunaPay is an Authorised Payment Institution licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"). The license number is 935095."

They don’t answer any emails, what can I do? The transactions is a money transfer and I can’t raise a chargeback at Revolut.

You can't dispute bank transfers or crypto payments - you can dispute VISA, Mastercard payments.

Pulsion Pay will 100% dispute anything you try and chargeback so be very clear with your reasons otherwise they won't work.

Not under FCA rules you can't and the FOS won't go near it. You can only dispute it if someone has gained access to your account and sent crypto from it under fraud.

This is Revolut's terms and Kraken etc have similar.

I think we are talking about different things here - if you used VISA/Mastercard to purchase anything you can dispute if within reason. If you directly transfer your own crypto then you cannot dispute it - the important part is VISA/Mastercard - can dispute, Crypto directly to wallets you can't.

You are right I never bought crypto i also just googled. I wouldn't know what to do with that and how it works so confusing to me but yeah Sorry for poking my nose in thinking I know better when I don't. SMH at least I can admit when I am wrong 🤭

Onlined*DG , 7 Bell Yard, London

CURRYCUDI , 20 Wenlock Road, London

TERRVERS

If anyone have found anything about these I would love info.

Hey! I had TERRVERS and after someone mentioned about getting refunds direct from VipZino, i emailed them it was around the time I signed up to them. Emailed them about the transactions and basically stated I'm a problem gambler the bank will chargeback regardless of being a while back. They have now refunded and I've got £210 coming back! So if you used them it will be Vipzino!
