The first time I played at WinShark I was surprised. I won over €5000 but unfortunately only had €400 paid out. I always play very high. I was told it would take 72 hours after verification and that it wouldn't be processed on weekends. Unfortunately the support isn't friendly and can't give any information about payouts. They only ask for it via email and minus points for the support because they don't offer free spins out of politeness or anything else. My money was paid out straight away after verification without any problems. Nothing was asked for, like with others who are constantly asking for new things and then refusing. I was surprised because others ask for so much documentation. Amazingly, I have to say that I was paid out without any problems. Of course when I read that some people have problems getting paid out, it makes me feel uneasy because it was my first payout.
