What makes you stay with a casino long term?

Bonuses can be nice at the beginning, but they’re usually not the main reason I keep playing at a casino.

For me, reliable withdrawals, smooth gameplay, and helpful support matter more in the long run. What usually makes you stay with a casino instead of moving to another one?

I completely agree. Bonuses attract attention, but what makes me stay is fast withdrawals and support that solves problems. That's why I switched to Ginja: MB WAY withdrawals in minutes, cashback and a bonus shop where I can exchange points for free spins whenever I want. And the gameplay is stable

Hello, did you notice the current forum poll? I'd say it's very tied to that poll question. 🙂

I’m the same. Bonuses are nice at first, but they don’t matter much if the casino has slow withdrawals or support that takes forever to respond. I’d rather stay with a site that feels reliable and easy to use, even if the bonus is smaller. That’s usually why I check places like Casinohallen.se before signing up, just to compare casinos and see which ones seem more consistent long term.

It's good to get a sense of what a casino is like—I appreciate that.

So communication is important to you, right? Is there anything else that's a must for you at a casino?

If a casino has fast payouts and solid customer support, I’ll keep coming back. Those two things matter the most to me.

RTP

So basically, you're mainly interested in the RTP on slots? Nothing else? 🙂

I agree, bonuses might get people to sign up, but they usually aren’t the reason they stay.

For me, it’s mainly consistency. If withdrawals are smooth, games run properly, and support actually helps when there’s an issue, I’m much more likely to keep using the same casino.

For me it’s mainly withdrawals and support. Bonuses are nice at the start, but I only stay long-term if the casino pays without drama, explains the rules clearly, and doesn’t make every cashout feel like a battle...

For me its support 100%

What do you value the most about the support team, or what is something that would convince you in context of support, to keep playing at a casino?🙂

RTP definitely has to be one of the considerations IMO if you intend to play regularly. Reliable payouts, and a good track record in the industry are other things I also look for.

Yeah absolutely, and what RTP is good for you? 😀

Anything north of 96% is decent. I would not play anywhere where they offer games on 94% or 92%. I like to play for long durations, I don't play huge amounts, I just want to get some good play time for my money

In my opinion, if all of the above is present, then you can stay on such a platform🙂 but it's hard to find, at least I haven't found any

I understand. I can see why such a low RTP wouldn’t really appeal to anyone. I’ve seen a few slots with really high RTP, although I don’t know exactly which casinos offer them. I once looked into it through ChatGPT to find out which slots have the highest RTP, and I think I came across some with an RTP of around 98%, which is pretty high, I’d say.

Do you also play any table games?🙂

Yes I have seen some slots with RTP's around 99%, (usually video poker games) which is high. I do play some live dealer table games sometimes, Blackjack mainly and occasionally Roulette. But slots are my go-to

Alright, and which slot is your favorite? 😀

What do you use to play often?
