Try it, sometimes RTP should be in the game itself but it doesn't have to be. So then I would try live chat.
Anyway, casinos can't just change the RTP arbitrarily as they please, so if you felt like one week the game was giving more and another week less, it probably wouldn't be because the RTP of the game changed. 🙂
