Kyc procedure verification

I verified myself 3 days ago but still no answer today. I sent my ID card front and back. And a current letter with my address. Is that all they need for a payout. Support always says the same takes 72 hours. Ok, I understand but if they still want something, it will take as long as that until the payment is made. In the casino, they are waiting for their kyc confirmation.

that's what I thought. As I already mentioned, the KYC goes first and the withdrawal will not get proceed sooner than you pass the KYC. As those 72 hours have already passed, I would ask the support/chat whether they have all the necessary documents.
