Hello casino guru admins,


Few weeks I have found your website as a very solid website for such person as I am, so I want to help you to make it better.


When I submitting review for casino I receive red message with error 402, so its hard to understand if I submit review or not?

Hi. That doesn't sound well.


The thing is that our goal is to simulate exactly the same situation as you experienced. So first of all, are you on mobile or computer? Which browser are you using? Do you have any screenshots from the process? Actually if you know how to record your screen, it would be great for us to see the recording.


By the way, I don't see any complaints submitted from our email address. You can send your case directly to complaints@casino.guru if you don't want to wait until we manage to resolve this. We receive various complaints every day so it's not like it doesn't work for everyone, but there's probably something that creates the error for you.

Hello! I have issues making a complaint, every time I try to send a complaint it just loads or crashes out. Help please

Hi, could you please post a screenshot of what exactly it shows you whenever you need to file a complaint ? 

Could you try maybe to file it from a different device or try to use a different browser, or delete cookies. If that doesn't work we'll try to help.

Thank you so much for the reply, it seemed to be just stuck loading, but I got email that the complaint went through, so the problem is resolved. Thanks again!
