Withdrawal issues with Kiki.bet

Hello all,

a few days ago I decided to try a new casino (Kiki.bet). The UI looked like a breath of fresh air compared to the copy paste casinos and I loved the game variety.

i played around, deposited around £600 and had my fun.

I put in a withdrawal for just under £1000 with a smile on my face.

i was skeptical about the withdrawal after I didn’t receive any type of communication after the first 24 hours but didn’t overthink it.

I sent support an email, to which they told me to be patient with their payment team.

I checked the terms and it states a decision will be made within 2 business days. I’m now on hour 56 with no communication other than my live chats and emails.

What can I do?

Hello! I can imagine how nice it feels to find a new casino that seems like a good pick, and it’s really nice you were able to win something there.

When it comes to the withdrawal, I understand it can feel like a bit of a letdown, especially when everything seems to be in order on your end. Well, I know the lack of a meaningful update is stressful, but I’d still suggest giving them a little more time. For now, we need to hear back from the casino about what’s happening with your withdrawal.

You mentioned it had been 56 hours; get it. What type of decision is mentioned in the rules with a much shorter deadline, please?

Just an idea, could you perhaps also try contacting them through their official social media accounts, or their official Telegram channel if they have one?

Hello, Radka.

thanks for the reply! The casino support team are not giving and information whatsoever. I keep getting told the same thing over and over, "your withdrawal is processing and it’s with the correct team" they will not give me a timeframe or a reason for the hold up.

it has now been 80 hours and I’m yet to receive any form of communication as to what’s going on with my withdrawal.

here are the quoted terms:

(Payment policy)

23. Every withdrawal request undergoes review and will be approved or declined within two (2) business days. Users retain the right to cancel any pending payout request before it is finalized by our financial team.

(Terms & conditions)

36. Every withdrawal request is subject to review and verification by our financial team. We aim to approve or decline withdrawal requests within two (2) business days of submission. Additional time may be required to complete security checks, verify account information, or meet payment provider requirements. If the review takes longer, we will notify the player of the delay and indicate whether any additional information or action is required. Approval of a withdrawal request does not mean that the funds have been transferred. Following approval, the time required for funds to reach the player depends on the selected payment method and the payment provider’s processing times. Players may contact Customer Support for updates on their withdrawal status..

i can’t find any official social channels to contact them

thanks again for your reply. I feel stuck in a loop of "it’s on the way" but I feel like it’s not and that I have been scammed.

Hello, and thank you for sharing all those details. I agree, it’s a rather uncomfortable situation, especially when the casino keeps referring you to terms that aren’t exactly self-explanatory, without explaining how they apply to your situation, if you know what I mean.

You’ve been waiting for more than 80 hours, and in my opinion, that calls for a more personal response. Delays happen. Every casino can experience them. That’s understandable. But what really distinguishes professional casinos from the rest is how they handle these situations and look after their players from start to finish.

From your perspective, what use is being referred to those terms if they don’t help you understand what’s happening or what you can actually do about it?

So yes, I hear you. And although I know how this sounds, I’m afraid we need the casino’s support team to explain what’s happening first. I really hope it won’t take long.

I suggest we stay in touch here, and if necessary, we can discuss lodging a complaint against this casino. There are a few basic rules involved, but I can assure you the process is fairly straightforward.

thanks for the reply again, Radka.

it seems as though the support team have been told not to disclose, or have no access to any real information. I can tell by the response times it’s just copy and paste replies.

They all say the same thing, regardless of live chat or emails.

"it’s with the right team"

"it’s requirements from the payment provider"

"it’s processing and will update soon"

I feel as though I’m on an endless cycle of waiting until they force me to chargeback (with risk) or give up and lose my money. Their terms also outline the specific withdrawal amount and the stages of verification:

—

21. Any nation not specifically designated under medium or high-risk tiers is classified as a standard-risk jurisdiction, subjecting users from these regions to the standard verification thresholds (Step 1 at withdrawal, Step 2 at £2,000, and Step 3 at £5,000).

22. A heightened monitoring regime applies to users from specific medium-risk jurisdictions, including Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Croatia, Haiti, Jamaica, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Türkiye, Vietnam, and Yemen. For these users (as well as any user from a low-risk region initiating crypto-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat conversions), thresholds are lowered:

Step 2 Verification: Triggered at £1,000 in cumulative deposits or withdrawals.

Step 3 Verification (Source of Wealth/Funds): Triggered at £2,000.

—

My deposits are £600 and my withdrawal is just under £1000.

I’d like to take any step forward that I can, like a chargeback for example but I’m worried they will use it as an excuse to close my account and that’s my chances gone

Hello, I’m sorry you’re still getting the same replies without a clear explanation.

From what you’ve shared, Id say we still don’t know whether your withdrawal is waiting for approval, whether any verification is outstanding, or what the payment provider actually needs. I understand why this leaves you feeling stuck, especially when you’ve repeatedly asked what’s happening.

Before we go any further, could you please confirm whether you’ve already started a chargeback with your bank or are only considering it?

I want to be honest with you about what we usually see in these cases. Once a casino becomes aware of a chargeback, it will often close the player’s account and confiscate the winnings. It’s also why our complaint team cannot continue helping players who have taken that step.

I’m not saying this to pressure you into a decision. I just want you to understand the likely consequences before deciding what to do, especially while you still have winnings you’re trying to withdraw. I wouldn’t treat a chargeback as a way to speed up the withdrawal for example, but as a last resort whose consequences need to be carefully considered.

Also, has the casino asked you for any documents or action that you still need to complete maybe? The verification thresholds you quoted don’t tell us whether verification is actually causing the delay, I guess.

Let’s stay in touch here and see how things develop. I really hope you get a meaningful update soon.

Hi,

I have not yet submitted a chargeback as I’m going to wait a little longer.

I have been monitoring trustpilot and I have a glimpse of hope. There are mainly bad reviews with people in the same position as me, but one caught my eye specifically from ‘Anegla’ who has been updating her review throughout the week.

she has received 3 of her withdrawals now, over the period of a couple of weeks.

I’m hoping withdrawals are just slow. I’m going to wait a full 14 days before I start stressing again.

fingers crossed!

p.s their support team don’t have any tools to check anything. live chat is almost certainly AI too.

Yes Ive seen that I put my request in on the 21/10/26 I’m just gunna wait at least 2 weeks cause I’m sick of emailing them and going on the live chat haha then if not gunna try n take it further

Yes, exactly. Let’s give it a couple of weeks before making a decision that will get our account banned anyway.

live chat is absolutely useless (definitely AI) and the emails are just as bad.

Even if I get this withdrawal, which I’m not very sure I will I don’t be playing here again.

I’ve heard good things about AngliaBet.com, completely anonymous (confirmed by support) and there’s a thread on here with good comments. I won a few hundred there last night, contacted support as most said their withdrawals were instant and I was wondering why mine didn’t arrive overnight. The support was amazing and very informative. He said the payments team doesn’t work Saturdays and they will process tomorrow morning.

that’s the difference between a good and a bad casino.

Hopefully we get our money fingers crossed haha even if I do eventually get the money back I’m still contacting my bank for fraud cause it’s a joke

Jaemacneil98

I wouldn’t suggest doing that as that would be fraud.. if they don’t pay us however, I’ll be claiming.

Hi, thank you for your response and all the updates since then.

I really hope the casino can resolve your withdrawal issue and the other player’s, as I understand the situations are quite similar.

I hear what you’re saying about the support team and the casino’s other features. I also hope the withdrawals are just slow and that the casino is going through a difficult patch.

Fingers crossed for you, of course!

(In situations like this, I really wish we could give casinos less than those 14 days...)

Hello, I’m sorry you’re in this situation, and of course I hope the casino resolves the missing withdrawals very soon.

To be honest, whenever I read support replies like these, I can’t help thinking that fewer words of sympathy and a little more actual care would feel more reassuring. Otherwise, it’s just a fancy way of saying, "Hey, I hear you."

Do you have any idea what might be causing these delays? It may be a silly question, but any hint would be appreciated.

No idea tbh seems like everyone has the same problem of getting there withdrawal back
