Hi, I’m posting because I’m dealing with an ongoing issue with Winna Casino regarding a $3,750 VIP transfer reward that was clearly agreed upon and assigned to me when I transferred my Platinum VIP status earlier this year. I reached the required 500k wager milestone on December 1, 2025, yet Winna is denying the reward without reviewing the agreement, screenshots, or any of the context.

Back in April 2025, I transferred my Platinum VIP from Roobet to Winna.

During that process, my Winna host Laura presented only the following transfer target options below:

• $3,750 cash at 500k wagered

• $7,500 cash at 1,000,000 wagered

I chose and confirmed the $3,750 at 500k target.

This agreement was explicit in our conversation and is fully documented in screenshots.

This reward was one of the only reason I continued wagering heavily on Winna and pushing toward the 500k milestone.

Clarifying the 150k Wagered Reward —

On April 23, 2025, I received a $1,000 reward for hitting 150k wagered.

Important details:

• This occurred before the VIP transfer agreement with Laura.

• Laura explicitly assigned me the 500k transfer target after the 150k bonus, which made it clear I was expected to continue wagering. I consistently played toward that milestone, fully following the instructions given by the VIP host.

•If the 150k wager reward had made me ineligible, Laura — the VIP host managing my transfer — would not have confirmed that the $3,750 500k milestone was still valid. Her confirmation directly verifies that I remained entitled to the reward

December 1 — Hit 500k Wagered, No Response From Support

I reached the 500k+ milestone on December 1 and contacted Winna through chat and email.

For several days:

• No replies

• No review

• No acknowledgement of the agreement with Laura

• No host checked my screenshots

First Response I Received Completely Ignored the Agreement

When I finally did get a reply from a host named Caelin, the message was:

"You are aware that Luna issued you the 150k target of 1k on April 23. You can only receive it once, so please don’t ask again :)"

This is deeply concerning because:

• My 500k VIP transfer agreement with Laura wasn’t mentioned or reviewed.

• The reply closed the issue immediately.

• Screenshots and conversation with Laura were ignored entirely.

• The "don’t ask again :)" ending is unprofessional, especially for a VIP transfer dispute.

Why This Deserves a Proper Review

• The $3,750 reward was part of an explicit, documented VIP transfer agreement.

• The ‘one-time only’ rule contradicts Laura’s explicit agreement in messages to the 500k wager transfer milestone.

• I wagered to 500k based on the agreement Laura gave me.

• The lack of review and the dismissive response raise concerns about how Winna handles VIP transfers and assigned targets.

For a platform that promotes VIP care and transparency, this response is completely contrary to their stated values. I completed the milestone exactly as agreed, and the reward should be honored.

What I’m Requesting

I am asking Winna Casino to review the documented agreement and issue the $3,750 cash reward for reaching the 500k wager milestone. I completed the target exactly as outlined, which is why I believe the reward should be fulfilled.

I am also willing to work toward a fair, mutual resolution regarding this reward, and if we do, I will promptly update and remove all posts. I am only asking for the situation to be handled properly and in good faith
