I think we should focus on the important. The end of the year and the beginning of the new year are usually marked by delays of any sort. That's quite common knowledge.

It was quite a lot of money. If it had been 500-1000 euros, I wouldn't have cared so much. The casino only responds to emails at night. I have not heard more because I will close the account there.. Verifying a customer took 2-3 days in 2010-2011 nowadays there are programs that do it in 2m. This is not about it taking time, they simply wanted me to gamble away the winnings, and I did, but somehow it was my choice in the end.
