So, do I understand correctly that the win was actually credited to you by some error they experienced?

When exactly did the casino inform you about the error, though? How long after your win, actually?

Perhaps you should file a complaint here so our team could try to investigate the whole matter.

I believe that if something like this really happened, that the casino experienced some technical difficulties and the eror occured, they should have something to prove it by. I am not sure how it works, to tell you the truth.

So, what do you say? Will you try to approach it by filing a complaint?

Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with this situation, as more players came out saying exactly the same thing.

This actually means that the casino really had some technical issues, and the winnings were credited by mistake.
