Hello doylefrady,

maybe I would recommend you try to contact casino support if everything is fine from their side. You can contact them via this email: support@ragingbullslots.com. You can ask them when and which code they used for the transaction. I found this information: ,,Since Bitcoin uses blockchain technology, there is complete transparency, and all the transactions are recorded on a distributed ledger. These ledgers are open to the public, and anyone can access them. This makes Bitcoin transactions traceable."... So if they give you a date of transaction and some transaction ID, it should be traceable. This transaction should take place immediately. 🙂

Yes they gave me the transaction hash, I have that and the address to where they sent it but I'm still not knowledgeable enough to get it out of there so with this info it shows paid on the 7th of March, I mind has been depleted of cells as I've tried for over a week to figure out how to get it into one of my bitcoin wallets! Could use all the help I can get, thank you all much!

Has anyone withdrawn using Coindraw before? It's not a prob getting or seeing the transaction, my prob is getting the bitcoin out of the address where they sent the payment to any one of my bitcoin wallets so anybody, how do I do that?

I found this thread where we were talking about Coindraw with another player for the States recently. Even though it is about a different casino, I wouldn't mind this time. If I were you, I would hit the "reply" button and would ask Hardrock74 directly. The way I see it, he's a pretty seasoned fellow player, so there is a good chance he might share some insights.

Sadly, nothing better on my mind now...

Hi. I need some help. The website is https://gtspins.com/. I made a deposit. The acquirer is Wema Bank Plc., and the merchant is CODEPULSE INNOVATIONS SANGO OTA NGA.

I managed to win, but they won’t let me withdraw my funds. I’d be grateful for any help.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that such a casino is not willing to pay out the winnings. I could not find the page in our system, yet you are welcome to lodge a complaint request anyway. May I know how long you have been struggling to withdraw and what perhaps was the last update you got from this casino, please?

Anything useful you can add, please?

Hi. Once again, the casino has blocked my account when I requested a withdrawal. Is this standard practice for them? They’re quick to take money from us players, but when it comes to getting our winnings back, they’re nowhere to be found. Website: https://gtspins.com/. I made a deposit. Merchant: CODEPULSE. Processed by XPATE.

I made a deposit on https://gtspins.com/. The payment was processed by Wema Bank Plc., and the merchant details on my bank statement are CODEPULSE INNOVATIONS SANGO OTA NGA.

I was able to win, but the casino is refusing to process my withdrawal. My winnings have not been paid out despite multiple requests. I would appreciate any information or assistance regarding this merchant or payment processor.

Hello, problems with getting winnings from a casino are not actually the matter of the other thread you keep posting at. Could you kindly respond back to me here? One more time I tried to get a response from you but it failed again. Let me remind you of the pinned post in the other thread; maybe that will be helpful:

A little warning here for the CG Community:

Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way.

We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform.

However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims.

We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky!

We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences.

So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members:

Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos.

Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone.

But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk.

Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Please respond to me.
